產品描述：細胞活死細胞染色試劑盒, 提供螢光測量方式檢測細胞之死活觀察; 應用原理Live-Dye為綠色染料可以滲透真核細胞的細胞膜並將細胞染成綠色；PI膜不可滲透的只能標記死細胞。套組內提供兩種Solution A (1 mM Live-Dye活細胞染劑); 與Solution B (1 mg/ml PI染劑)。產品之測定範圍為0.156-10ng / ml ANGPTL3 / ml。 通過該測定可以檢測到的最低水平的ANGPTL3為75pg / ml。
