Y-27632 dihydrochloride 是一種具有口服活性和 ATP 競爭性的 ROCK（Rho 激酶）抑制劑（ROCK-I Ki=220 nM；ROCK-II Ki=300 nM）。 Y-27632 二鹽酸鹽具有抗癲癇作用。Y-27632（1-5 μM；0-60 分鐘）促進脂肪組織來源的幹細胞 (adipose tissue-derived stem cells, ADSC) 的神經元分化(neuronal differentiation) [3]; 誘導 ADSC 中 NSE、MAP-2 和nestin的表達 [3]。Y-27632（口服灌胃；30 mg/kg；每天一次；4 週）預防二甲基亞硝胺誘導的大鼠肝纖維化[1]Y-27632（口服灌胃；5-10 mg/kg；一次）在 PTZ 和 MES 誘發的癲癇中表現出抗癲癇作用[2]
