T-Pro LumiLong Plus Chemiluminescent Substrate Kit為利用化學呈色法偵測Horseradish peroxide (HRP)活性的substrate試劑套組，可適用於許多分析試驗，例如：西方墨點法、南方墨點法與北方墨點法。HRP可經由H2O2催化環狀diacylhydrazides的化學發光氧化，例如：luminol。T-Pro LumiLong Plus Chemiluminescent Substrate Kit可以加強luminol-dependent之化學發光呈色，並可廣泛使用在利用HRP-conjugated之抗體辨識結合之抗原或是利用streptavidin
訊號持久度好 – 12 hours
建議抗體稀釋倍率 – 初級抗體1/1,000 – 1/50,000；二級抗體的稀釋倍率1/50,000 – 1/250,000
最低偵測限制 – Low-Picomoles: 10-14；High-Zeptogram: 10-19
