產品介紹: 鹼性成纖維細胞生長因子(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor) 幾乎存在於所有中胚層(mesodermal)和神經外胚層(neuroectodermal)來源的組織中，也存在於源自這些組織的腫瘤(tumors)中。內皮細胞(Endothelial cells)產生大量bFGF因子。一些bFGF與內皮下細胞(subendothelial cells)的細胞外基質(extracellular matrix)有關。許多細胞僅瞬時表達bFGF，並無生物學活性的形式。細胞釋放因子的機制尚不清楚。它在組織受傷後(tissue injuries)和炎症過程中釋放(during inflammatory processes)。 FGF受體由至少四個受體酪氨酸激酶組成的基因家族編碼，這些酪氨酸激酶轉導在與細胞生長(cell growth)和分化(differentiation)有關的各種發育(developmental)和生理過程(physiological processes)中很重要的信號。 bFGF刺激成纖維細胞(fibroblasts)，成肌細胞(myoblasts)，成骨細胞(osteoblasts)，神經元細胞(neuronal cells)，內皮細胞(endothelial cells)，角質形成細胞(keratinocytes)，軟骨細胞(chondrocytes)和許多其他細胞類型的生長(growth)。
