產品描述：細胞週期（Cell Cycle）的調控與細胞的發育、DNA損傷與修復、生長與增生緊密相關聯。細胞週期調控失常可能會造成組織異常增生，甚至於癌症的產生。細胞週期可以細分為間期（G0 / G1，S和G2）和有絲分裂（M）期（前期，中期，後期和端粒酶）。BioVision的細胞週期分析試劑盒提供了一種快速和簡單的方法來檢測細胞群中的細胞數量，這些細胞群處於細胞週期的特定階段。我們的試劑盒使用核染料，其與細胞中的核酸的結合導致螢光信號，其與細胞DNA含量成比例。細胞週期的不同階段（G0 / G1，S和G2 / M）中的細胞百分比可以通過流式細胞定量。此方法是非放射性的，快速和準確的，可用於高通量細胞週期分析。
