產品介紹:三聚氰胺( Melamine)是有機鹼(organic base)和具有 -1,3,5-三嗪骨架(1,3,5-triazine skeleton)的氨腈( cyanamide)的三聚體( trimer )。三聚氰胺(Melamine)如果吞嚥，吸入或通過皮膚吸收是有害的。慢性接觸可能導致癌症( cancer )或生殖系統(reproductive)或眼睛，皮膚和呼吸道刺激物損害。當三聚氰胺(melamine)和氰尿酸(cyanuric acid)被吸收到血流中時，它們在充滿尿的腎小管( urine-filled renal tubules)中濃縮並相互作用，然後結晶( crystallize )並形成大量的圓形，黃色晶體，這反過來阻斷和破壞管道中的腎細胞( renal cells)，導致腎臟功能障礙( malfunction)。 BioVision的三聚氰胺ELISA試劑盒是一種競爭性ELISA測定法，用於定量測量奶粉(powder)，牛奶(milk)，組織(tissue)，飼料(feed)，雞蛋(egg)，血清(serum)中的三聚氰胺(Melamine )。顏色的密度與從樣品中捕獲的三聚氰胺(Melamine )的量成比例。
