| Usage | Gentamicin has the advantage of being a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is non-toxic to animal cells and viruses at recommended concentrations. It should be added to cell cultures at a maximum concentration of 1ml per litre, with a working concentration of 50 μg/mL for eukaryotic cell culture and 15 μg/mL for prokaryotic cell culture. |
