產品介紹: Stattic是STAT3小分子抑制劑，通過阻止酪氨酸 – 磷酸化肽基序與STAT3 SH2結構域結合而選擇性抑制STAT3活化、二聚化和核轉位的小分子（在℃下IC 50 =5.1μM）。對STAT1，STAT5，c-Myc / Max，Jun / Jun和Lck具選擇性抑制效果。在10μM濃度下，stattic誘導STAT3依賴性乳腺癌（MDA-MB-231和MDA-MB-435S）細胞系中的凋亡作用。
