產品介紹 p53腫瘤抑制蛋白(p53 tumor suppressor protein)於細胞DNA損傷和基因組畸變中扮演重要角色。 p53的活化可導致細胞週期停滯(cell cycle arrest)、DNA修復(DNA repair)或凋亡(apoptosis)。 p53在體內多個位點被磷酸化，在體外不同的蛋白激酶磷酸化。 p53可以在Ser15處被ATM，ATR和DNA-PK顯性磷酸化; 磷酸化削弱MDM2結合p53的能力，促進p53的積累和功能性活化，反應於DNA損傷。
