A potent and selective AKR1C3 inhibitor
高度有效之選擇性17-β羥基類固醇脫氫酶AKR1C3抑制劑 (type 5)。（IC 50= 88 nM）。在全血檢測10µM，顯示不具任何COX（環氧化酶）的抑制作用。A highly potent and selective inhibitor of the type 5 17-β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase AKR1C3 (IC₅₀ = 88 nM). Displays >100-fold selectivity against AKR1C1, AKR1C2 and AKR1C4. Does not display any COX (cyclooxygenase) inhibition at 10 µM in whole blood assay.
