Cloud-Clone corp提供高靈敏度之ELISA (酵素免疫分析套組/酶聯免疫吸附試驗法) 與 CLIA (化學發光免疫分析) 兩種型式之商品套組；ELISA原理為利用抗體與抗原之間的高度專一性，做為定量標誌的方法；無論測量抗原或測量抗體都有很高的靈敏度跟專一性。NEW化學發光免疫分析(CL IA ) 是用化學發光劑直接標記抗原或抗體的一種免疫分析方法。化學發光免疫分析( chemiluminescen t enzyme immunoassay,CLIA ) ，亦屬酵素免疫分析，只是酵素的底物是發光劑，其操作步驟與ELISA分析完全相同。CLIA是將具有高靈敏度的化學發光測定技術，與高特異性的免疫反應二項技術相結合，主要用於各種抗原、半抗原、抗體、激素、酶、脂肪酸、維生素和藥物等的檢測分析方法。CLIA繼放射免疫分析、酵素免疫分析、螢光免疫分析和時間分辨螢光免疫分析之後，發展起來的一項最新免疫測定技術。

免疫分析法的概括流程
- Prepare all reagents, samples and standards;
- Add 100µL standard or sample to each well. Incubate 1 hours at 37°C;
- Aspirate and add 100µL prepared Detection Reagent A. Incubate 1 hour at 37°C;
- Aspirate and wash 3 times;
- Add 100µL prepared Detection Reagent B. Incubate 30 minutes at 37°C;
- Aspirate and wash 5 times;
- Add 90µL Substrate Solution. Incubate 15-25 minutes at 37°C;
- Add 50µL Stop Solution. Read at 450nm immediately.
