產品描述: 聚-L-賴氨酸 (Poly-L-Lysine, PLL) 是一種合成的帶正電荷(positively charged )的氨基酸鏈(amino acid chain)，可通過改變培養基質的表面電荷(surface charges)來增強細胞粘附( cell adhesion )[1]。它通常用作包被劑(coating agent)以促進培養中的細胞粘附。除了促進細胞粘附( cell adhesion)外，PLL 表面處理(PLL surface treatments )還可以提高培養中許多初代細胞的存活率並支持神經突生長(neurite outgrowth)。這種濃縮溶液含有 70 – 150 kDa 範圍內的聚合物(polymers)。
