磷酸鹽緩衝鹽水 (Phosphate-buffered saline , PBS) 粉末PBS緩衝液（乾粉）又稱Phosphate Buffered Saline(磷酸鹽緩衝鹽水)，是最常用的磷酸鹽緩衝鹽溶液。PBS是等滲的並且對細胞無毒並且具有維持其滲透壓的能力，從而使緩衝液適合於細胞培養和免疫測定中的洗滌程序。本品粉末細膩，溶解迅速，使用方便。PBS可用於洗滌細胞、組織或其他常規用途。用於多種細胞應用，例如在免疫組織化學 (IHC)、免疫細胞化學 (ICC) 過程中清洗細胞/組織；運輸細胞或組織；稀釋細胞進行計數；並準備試劑。 PBS 的配製不含鈣和鎂， 主要成分為10 mmol/L 磷酸鹽(phosphate)，150 mmol/L NaCl (sodium chloride, 氯化鈉)，25℃時pH值為7.2-7.4。室溫運輸，乾燥處保存，有效期 24 個月。

NOTE: These tablets are not sterile and so should not be used for cell culture or live cells without filtering through a 0.2 µM filter.

PBS buffer (dry powder), also known as Phosphate Buffered Saline, is the most commonly used phosphate buffer salt solution. This product powder is fine, dissolves quickly, and easy to use. The solution can be used for washing cells, tissues or other conventional uses. The main components are 10 mmol/L phosphate, 150 mmol/L NaCl, pH 7.2-7.4 at 25℃.

Storage and Shipping Conditions

Ship at room temperature, store in dry place, valid for 24 months.

Assay Protocol/Procedures

Add 2000 mL of water to each package of PBS buffer (dry powder).
