T-Pro EZ Stain Protein Gel Solution | 貨號JT90-R005M

This product is supplied as a ready-to-use solution containing T-Pro EZ Stain Protein Gel Solution for gel staining after electrophoresis.

使用指南

電泳結束後，用 50∼100 mL 去離子水( deionized water )清洗盤中凝膠 ( gel )3 次，每次 5 分鐘。

去除洗滌用水，加入 25 ∼ 50 mL T-Pro EZ Stain Protein Gel Solution 到托盤中，讓凝膠在室溫下輕輕搖動染色 15-30 分鐘。

將凝膠在 50 ∼ 100 mL 去離子水中脫色 30 分鐘 – 1 小時。如果背景高，將凝膠在 50 ∼ 100 mL 去離子水中脫色 1 小時以上或在室溫下過夜。

Direction for Use

After electrophoresis, wash the gel in a tray with 50 ∼ 100 mL deionized water for 5 minutes three times.

Remove the water used for washing, add 25 ∼ 50 mL T-Pro EZ Stain Protein Gel Solution into the tray, and let the gel stain for 15-30 mins while shaking gently at room temperature.

Destain the gel in 50 ∼ 100 mL deionized water for 30 mins – 1 hour.

If the background is high, destain the gel in 50 ∼ 100 mL deionized water for more than 1 hour or overnight at room temperature.
