Iron Colorimetric Assay Kit

產品介紹: 鐵對幾乎所有已知的生物來說至關重要。它通常存儲在金屬蛋白質的中心，在血紅素複合物和氧載體蛋白質中。無機鐵還有助於氧化還原反應在許多酶的鐵 – 硫簇，如氮酶和氫化酶。 BioVision的鐵測定試劑盒提供了一種測量樣品中亞鐵和/或鐵離子的簡單方便手段。在測定中，鐵載體蛋白將在酸緩衝液存在下將鐵離解成溶液。還原成鐵形式（Fe 2+）後，鐵與Ferene S反應產生穩定的著色絡合物，並在593nm處產生吸光度。緩衝液中包含一種特殊的螯合化學物質，可以阻擋銅離子（Cu2ᶧ）的干擾。該試劑盒測量50μl樣品中線性範圍為0.4至20 nmol的鐵，或各種樣品中的8μM至400μM鐵濃度。
