Antibody Pair Support Kit (Sandwich Method) contains reagents for use with an antibody pair for a Sandwich ELISA or CLIA.

Kit contents:

• Coating Buffer: 1 vial, lyophilized powder
• Blocking Buffer: 1 vial, lyophilized powder
• Standard Diluent: 1 vial, lyophilized powder
• Detection Antibody Diluent: 1 vial, lyophilized powder
• Streptavidin-HRP Diluent: 1 vial, lyophilized powder
• Wash Buffer: 2 vials, lyophilized powder
• Streptavidin-HRP: 1 vial, 1.2 ml
• TMB Substrate Solution: 2 vials, 48 ml each
• Stop Solution: 2 vials, 30 ml each

Recommended dilutions	Streptavidin-HRP should be diluted 1/100 using Streptavidin-HRP Diluent.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute and prepare working solutions before carrying out the assay. All working solutions should be colourless. Coating Buffer: Reconstitute in 220 ml distilled water. Blocking Buffer: Reconstitute in 240 ml distilled water. Standard Diluent: Reconstitute in 160 ml distilled water. Detection Antibody Diluent: Reconstitute in 120 ml distilled water. Streptavidin-HRP Diluent: Reconstitute in 120 ml distilled water. Wash Buffer: Reconstitute 1 vial in 2000 ml distilled water.
Storage	Store Streptavidin-HRP at -20 °C. All other components can be stored at 4 °C for up to 6 months. Reconstituted and working (appropriately diluted) solutions should be used immediately but can be stored at 4 °C for up to one week. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. It is recommended that solutions are made fresh before the experiment.
Buffer	The Stop Solution contains 0.1% sulphuric acid.
Directions for use	Bring all components to room temperature (18-25°C) and briefly spin or centrifuge the vials before use.
