Monobromobimane (mBBr) 是一種硫醇反應性螢光探針(thiol-reactive fluorescent probe)，用於測定生物系統中低分子量和蛋白質硫醇(protein thiols)的氧化還原狀態。基於單溴二甲雙胍(Monobromobimane-based)的原位衍生化(in situ derivatization)可最大限度地回收游離的、降低的低分子量和單溴二甲雙胍可接近的蛋白質硫醇(monobromobimane-accessible protein thiols)。在蛋白質沉澱之後，通過螢光光譜對蛋白質硫醇的相應加合物進行定量。該試劑特別適用於定量穀胱甘肽(glutathione)。波長最大值：激發 395nm，發射 490nm。
