jetBLUE蛋白質染色溶液，是一種用於 SDS-PAGE 的即用型膠體考馬斯藍 G-250 蛋白質染色溶液(coomassie blue G-250 protein staining solution)。它專為快速和靈敏的蛋白質檢測而配製。不涉及甲醇(methanol)和乙酸(acetic acid)等危害，靈敏度10ng (BSA)。 jetBLUE 與質譜儀(mass spectrophotometry)兼容。對於應用增強的蛋白質染色技術，jetBLUE 可以實現最快 5~10 分鐘的蛋白質染色。

操作手冊

1. SDS-PAGE後，從盒中取出GEL，在蒸餾水中孵育GEL，換三次水每次 10 分鐘。
2. 倒出水並將GEL浸入適量的jetBLUE染料中，足以覆蓋GEL。在室溫下輕輕攪拌染色盒溫度一小時。
3. 小心去除染料溶液。用大量蒸餾水振盪洗滌膜。
4. 脫色時間可以一小時，換水方便，也可以放在蒸餾水中over night，背景更清晰。如下圖所示
