AFB1 (Aflatoxin B1) ELISA Kit黃麴毒素檢測試劑盒 (貨號FSES0075)。該試劑盒使用競爭ELISA方法(Competitive-ELISA method)。 可檢測樣品中的黃麴毒素B1（Aflatoxin B1, AFB1），如穀物(Cereals)、飼料(formula feed)、食用油(edible oil)等。該試劑盒由ELISA微量滴定板組成(ELISA Microtiter plate)，HRP 偶聯物(HRP conjugate) 、抗體工作液(antibody working solution)、標準品(standard)和其他補充試劑。 這本試劑盒中的微量滴定板(microtiter plate)已預先包被(pre-coated)有偶聯抗原(antigen)。 在反應過程中，樣品或標準品中的 AFB1 與固相上的偶聯抗原競爭抗 AFB1 抗體位點的supporter。 然後辣根過氧化物酶 (Horseradish Peroxidase , HRP) 偶聯物是添加到每個微量滴定板孔中，並添加底物試劑(substrate reagent) 進行顯色。樣品OD值與樣品濃度呈負相關(negative correlation)。 樣品中 AFB1 的濃度可以通過比較 OD樣品到標準曲線。
