Normal goat serums

產品描述：Normal goat serums來自非免疫山羊宿主的正常山羊血清，經過脂質提取(lipid extracted)以提高透明度，並用含疊氮化鈉的磷酸鹽緩衝鹽水（PBS）進行透析。建議在PBS中稀釋至5％-20％（v / v）的正常血清作為blocking reagent，以減少非特異性結合(non-specific binding)所造成的背景值或用於大多數免疫測定應用(immunoassay applications)的對照。使用稀釋的正常血清與標記抗體來自同一宿主，可獲得最佳結果。例如一抗之宿主來源為Goat, 則選擇Normal goat serums作為blocking reagent，或添加一級抗體之前的單獨孵育步驟。
