EpCAM可作為腸道上皮細胞(intestinal epithelial cells , IECs)和內皮淋巴細胞( intraepithelial lymphocytes , IEL)之間的物理同義相互作用分子,在粘膜上皮上皮提供免疫屏障作為抵禦粘膜感染的第一道防線。在胚胎幹細胞( embryonic stem cells) 增殖(proliferation)和分化( differentiation)中發揮作用。向上調節 FABP5、MYC 和cyclins A 和 cyclins E 的表達。
Immunofluorescence staining of fixed Caco-2 cells with anti-EpCAM antibody AUA1 (Ab00609) Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Caco-2 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of AUA1 (Ab00609-1.1) at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml), showing strong membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom Ab00609-1.1, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an unknown specificity antibody (Ab00178-1.1) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
抗體介紹: Anti-EpCAM [AUA1]抗體對EpCAM的結合特異性 (Specificity)。Species Reactivity: Human。此抗體可應用於FACS, ELISA, IF, IHC等實驗。Alternative Name(s) of Target: CD326; Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule。免疫原(Immunogen: LoVo cell line, a colon carcinoma cell line)。Isotype and Format: Mouse IgG1, Kappa Clone Number。AUA1應用說明：AUA1與乳腺癌(breast carcinomas)，腎小管(kidney tubules)，扁桃體隱窩上皮(tonsil crypt epithelium)和細胞發生嚴重反應(serious effusions)時會發生交叉反應(cross reacts)。這是用於表徵所有上皮細胞(epithelial cells)的良好抗體。抗體具有Alkaline phoshatase、Allophycocyanin、APC/Cy7、Atto488、Biotin Type A、Biotin Type B、FluoProbes647H、Fluorescein、HRP、PE/CY7、R-Phycoerythrin、Streptavidin等不同染劑之標誌。在選購時請註明標誌，若未選擇則為未標誌包裝。
