產品介紹: 來自鏈黴菌(Streptomyces) 的多烯抗真菌抗生素(polyene antifungal antibiotic)。兩性黴素(Amphotericin B ) B靶向多種敏感真菌，包括組織胞漿菌(Histoplasma)，球蟲(Coccidioides)和隱球菌(Cryptococcus species)。兩性黴素B(Amphotericin B)靶向真菌細胞膜中的麥角固醇(ergosterol)並增加通透性(permeability) 。細胞膜的這種改變對真菌有毒並導致死亡。可以在多種類型的隔離介質中用作選擇劑。
