Inosine Fluorometric Assay Kit
產品介紹:肌苷(Inosine)常見於tRNA中，對於擺動鹼基對(wobble base pairs) 中的遺傳密碼正確翻譯至關重要。肌苷(Inosine)和次黃嘌呤(hypoxanthine)也是急性心肌缺血後氧化應激(oxidative stress)產生的ATP分解代謝副產物的潛在標誌物。在BioVision的肌苷分析試劑盒中，肌苷被轉化為次黃嘌呤(hypoxanthine)，次黃嘌呤(hypoxanthine)將與底物混合物和PicoProbe™反應，在存在轉化酶和顯影劑酶的情況下產生螢光（Ex / Em = 535/587 nm）。該測定的檢出限約為每孔100 pmol肌苷。
