產品介紹:  鐵調素(Hepcidin)是一種肝臟產生的激素(Hepcidin)，構成鐵在組織中吸收(iron absorption)和分佈的主要循環調節劑。通過促進內吞作用(endocytosis)和鐵轉運蛋白(ferroportin)的降解(degradation)而起作用，導致鐵保留在鐵輸出細胞(iron-exporting cells)中，並減少鐵進入血漿的流量。控製鐵向血漿的主要流動：腸道中膳食鐵的吸收，巨噬細胞(macrophages)回收鐵，吞噬舊的紅細胞和其他細胞，以及從肝細胞中動員儲存的鐵。 BioVision的NOS2 ELISA試劑盒是一種夾心ELISA測定法，用於定量檢測人血清，血漿和細胞培養上清液中的Hepc。顏色的密度與從樣品中捕獲的NOS2的數量成正比。
