產品介紹Bcl-2（B-cell leukemia/lymphoma 2, B細胞白血病/淋巴瘤2）家族蛋白的功能是抑制（Bcl-2和Bcl-XL）或促進（Bax和Bak）凋亡。 Bax包含保守的Bcl-2同源性1（BH1）和2（BH2）域，允許其與Bcl-2同源二聚或異源二聚。當Bcl-2過量時，凋亡被抑制。但是，如果Bax水平響應死亡信號(death signal)而增加，則細胞被推向死亡狀態。
