產品介紹: 單磷酸腺苷(Adenosine Monophosphate , AMP),也稱為5′-腺苷酸 (5’-adenylic acid,),由腺嘌呤(adenine),核糖(ribose)和磷酸鹽(phosphate)組成。由於ATP / ADP的水解作用或當RNA分解時,通過結合兩個ADP分子,腺苷酸激酶(adenylate kinase)可在ATP合成過程中產生AMP。 AMP在許多細胞代謝過程中起重要作用,例如Ca2 +信號傳導(Ca2+ signaling),細胞遷移(cell migration),細胞因子分泌(cytokine secretion)等。AMP是AMP激活的蛋白激酶的激活劑,它調節葡萄糖的攝取(glucose uptake),脂肪酸的攝取(fatty acid uptake),脂肪酸的氧化(fatty acid oxidation)等。AMP的水平可以通過螢光素酶(luciferase )/螢光素(luciferin)介導的測定來測量。但是,螢光素酶信號不穩定,大多數實驗室通常沒有luminescent冷光設備。 BioVision的AMP比色測定試劑盒 (AMP Colorimetric Assay Kit) 提供了一種方便的方法來檢測生物樣品中的AMP。在該測定中,在焦磷酸鹽(Pyrophosphate)和磷酸烯醇丙酮酸(Phosphoenolpyruvate)存在下,AMP被轉化為丙酮酸(pyruvate)。隨後進行一系列的酶促反應(enzymatic reactions),生成有色產物,在570 nm處具有很強的吸光度。吸光度與樣品中AMP的含量成正比。該套件快速,靈敏,易於使用且具有高通量適應性。它可以測量各種樣品類型中低於10 µM的AMP水平。

| Kit Summary | BioVision’s AMP Colorimetric Assay Kit provides a convenient method to detect AMP in biological samples. In this assay, AMP is converted to pyruvate in the presence of Pyrophosphate and Phosphoenolpyruvate. This is followed by a set of enzymatic reactions to generate a colored product with a strong absorbance at 570 nm. The absorbance is proportional to the amount of AMP present in samples. The kit is rapid, sensitive, easy to use and high-throughput adaptable. It can measure AMP level lower than 10 µM in various sample types. |
