 產品描述： 脂聯素（Adiponectin也稱為Acrp30，AdipoQ）是在血漿中循環的脂肪細胞特異性分泌蛋白adipocyte specific secreted protein, 由脂肪細胞(adipocytes)所製造及分泌。 它在脂肪細胞分化(adipocyte differentiation) 期間被誘導，並且其分泌被胰島素(insulin)刺激。 小鼠脂聯素(adiponectin)與人的氨基酸同一性約為83％。 脂聯素(Adiponectin)在各種生理過程為調節能量平衡及抑制發炎反應兩方面，在肥胖(obesity)中扮演重要作用。 肥胖人的血漿脂聯素(adiponectin)水平降低，且降低的水平與胰島素抵抗(insulin resistance)和高胰島素血症(hyperinsulinemia)相關。
