Immunogen: The antibody was generated by immunising mice with Der p 2.
Specificity: H10 binds a distinct epitope to clones H3 and H5.
Application Notes: The VH and VL sequences of H10 were used to generate a chimeric recombinant IgE antibody. The binding of chimeric H10 to Der p 2 was confirmed using SPR, with a Kd value of 0.0358 nM. SPR also showed it binds distinct epitopes to clones H3 and H5.
