產品介紹: Fc受體阻滯劑 (Innovex Fc Receptor Block) ，先進和獨特的功能；阻斷人和動物細胞中的Fc受體。是準確的淋巴瘤，白血病和黑色素瘤分型以及無背景Kappa和λ染色的必需品。Innovex Fc Receptor Block是一種基於peptide based的技術，不含抗體，血清，免疫球蛋白，免疫球蛋白片段或鏈黴蛋白酶。目的為阻斷所有白血球細胞（white blood cells），淋巴瘤(lymphomas)和黑色素瘤(melanomas)中存在的Fc受體(Fc Receptors)。在室溫下對人體組織/細胞進行30分鐘的孵育步驟；動物組織/細胞孵育45分鐘至1小時。消除白血球細胞，淋巴組織，細胞株（血液和骨髓），黑色素瘤和其他表達Fc的腫瘤的假陽性染色，確保准確的淋巴瘤和白血病分型。

Fc受體(Fc Receptors)也在大多數腫瘤(tumors)上表達。阻斷Fc受體對於淋巴(lymphoid)和腫瘤組織(tumor tissues)和細胞的準確分型至關重要。 Fc受體染色通過細胞上存在的Fc受體與初級和/或第二抗體的Fc區的結合而發生。 Fc受體阻斷劑可用於IHC（冷凍和石蠟），免疫螢光(immunofluorescence)，流式細胞術(flow cytometry)和原位雜交(in-situ hybridization)。對於活細胞和功能測定，建議使用Azide-Free Fc Block (貨號NB335)。
