產品描述：羧芐青黴素二鈉(Carbenicillin disodium) 是羧芐青黴素β-內酰胺抗生素家族(carboxypenicillin β-lactam antibiotic family) 的成員。 通過滅活細菌細胞膜內表面上的轉肽酶(transpeptidases) 來抑制細菌細胞壁(inner surface) 的合成。 與大多數β-內酰胺類(β-lactams) 不同，羧芐青黴素二鈉(carbenicillin disodium)主要限於革蘭氏陰性菌(gram negative bacteria) ，包括銅綠假單胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) 和普通腸道菌(enteric species)。 羧芐青黴素(Carbenicillin)常規用於在Rosetta 2細胞系中以50μg/ ml的有效濃度選擇含有pET28抗性質體的哺乳動物細胞。
