產品介紹: CD4是I型跨膜糖蛋白 (type I transmembrane glycoprotein),在約70%的胸腺細胞 (thymocytes),10%的脾細胞 (spleen cells)和45%的外周血淋巴細胞(peripheral blood lymphocytes)上表達,但不到1%的法氏囊細胞 (spleen cells)。 單株抗體CT-4抑制PHA和Con A誘導的脾細胞(splenocytes)增殖反應和PWM誘導的IL-2產生。 This antibody also reacts with turkey and quail as demonstrated by flow cytometry. Mouse Anti-Chicken CD4-FITC抗體,具FITC螢光標誌。免疫原為Chicken thymocytes and Ig-negative blood leukocytes針對Chicken/Turkey/Quail/Pigeon CD4具特異性。Isotype為Mouse (BALB/c) IgG1κ。Isotype Control Mouse IgG1-FITC。緩衝液配方在Phosphate buffered saline 含有 0.1% sodium azide防腐劑。
Chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Chicken CD4-FITC (SB Cat. No. 8210-02) and Mouse Anti-Chicken CD3-PE (SB Cat. No. 8200-09).

Description | CD4 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on approximately 70% of thymocytes, 10% of spleen cells, and 45% of peripheral blood lymphocytes but less than 1% of bursal cells. The monoclonal antibody CT-4 inhibits both PHA- and Con A-induced proliferative responses of splenocytes and PWM-induced IL-2 production. This antibody also reacts with turkey and quail as demonstrated by flow cytometry. |
