Histamine Assay Kit (Fluorometric) 

產品描述：Histamine組織胺 ( Histamine) 是具有相當生物相關性的生物胺 (biogenic amine)。作為信號分子組胺在體內發揮多種作用，從局部免疫應答 (local immune responses) 到神經傳遞 ( neurotransmission) 。組織胺也經常在食物 ( food) 中遇到，特別是魚 ( fish) 和發酵食品如德國泡菜 (sauerkraut ) 和老年奶酪 (aged cheeses) 。這是因為一些細菌通過酶組氨酸脫羧酶(histidine decarboxylase) 從組氨酸( histidine)產生組織胺( histamine ) 。細菌發酵的高水平可導致生肉和食品中的組織胺升高。因此組織胺水平 (Histamine levels) 可用作腐敗 (spoilage) 的指示劑。雖然身體習慣於暴露於低水平（30-50ppm，或mg / l）的組織胺，但攝取含量高於百萬分之幾百的食物可能導致不良反應。人體血液中組胺的濃度通常在低nM範圍內，並且僅在急性組胺中毒的情況下，該代謝物才會升高到亞微摩爾範圍以上。這被稱為組胺中毒 (histamine poisoning)。 BioVision的組胺分析試劑盒可用於鑑定各種魚類和產品以及醬料/飲料中的低水平組胺，以及一些生物樣品。使用我們的試劑盒，樣品中可檢測到少至10 pmoles的組胺，或大約十億分之十（ppb）。
