ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 9040-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
