ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Human Kappa-HRP (SB Cat. No. 2060-05).
