產品描述：L-天冬氨酸（L-Aspartic acid , Asp）是20種蛋白質氨基酸中的一種，作為蛋白質的構建單元。哺乳動物中的非必需氨基酸，也是必需氨基酸（Met，Thr，Ile和Lys）的precursor前體。Aspartate天冬氨酸是urea cycle尿素循環中的代謝物，參與gluconeogenesis糖異生，並通過蘋果酸 – 天冬氨酸穿梭細胞溶質和線粒體間。Aspartate天冬氨酸也刺激NMDA receptors（不像glutamate谷氨酸那樣強），在腦中起興奮性神經遞質的作用，是一種興奮毒素。 BioVision的天冬氨酸檢測試劑盒提供了一種簡單，方便的分析方法，可用於測量各種樣品中的Aspartate天冬氨酸。在該測定中，Aspartate天冬氨酸被轉化為丙酮酸，其通過探針轉化為與樣品中Aspartate天冬氨酸的量成比例的高度著色（570nm）和螢光（Ex / Em 535 / 587nm）物質而被氧化。天冬氨酸偵測範圍0.1-10納摩爾/孔（2-200μM）。
