產品描述：在Western Blotting中，positive control lysate陽性對照裂解物用於證明protocol效率並確定一抗是否能夠識target antigen。 abm提供各種ready-to-use Tag lysates即用型標籤裂解物（His，Myc和HA）以及常見的human人，mouse小鼠和rat cell-line lysates大鼠細胞株裂解物，可用作可靠和準確的positive control(s)陽性對照（S）。Applications    The ready-to-use, whole-cell lysate is available as a positive control for Western blot analysis. Recommended loading volume per lane is 5-10ul depending on the size format of your gel. All lysates should be boiled once prior to use. No additional loading dye is needed prior to loading.

Buffer      SDS, Tris HCl, glycerol, bromophenol blue, DTT.

Storage    Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
