ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse F(ab’)2 Anti-Human IgM-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 9023-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1031-05).

CHO-K1 cell lysates transfected with GFP – 6X His-tag were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-His-Tag-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 4603-01L) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1031-05) secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.

Paraffin embedded human gastric cancer tissue was stained with Mouse Anti-Acetyl-Histone H4 (Lys12)-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 13400-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1031-05), DAB, and hematoxylin.
