產品介紹: ASIC3是由外部質子激活的Na +通 道家族的成員。該家族還包括另外三名成員ASIC1，ASIC2和ASIC4。實際上，ASICs是稱為degenerin /上皮Na +通道（DEG / ENaC）的較大超家族的一部分，並且與其共享相同的基本特徵：兩個跨膜結構域，大的胞外結構域和短的細胞內N和C端。功能通道由4個亞基組成，可以與其他ASIC亞基組裝成同型或異型四聚體。外部pH下降打開通道，導致向內的陽離子電流，即使在培養基中存在質子的情況下也會快速失活，儘管可能存在小的殘餘電流。幾行證據表明，ASIC3可能起到疼痛傳感器的作用。首先，它特別位於參與疼痛檢測和傳播的背根神經節（DRG）神經元和傷害感受器。另外，在諸如包括組織酸中毒和因此疼痛的炎症和心臟局部缺血的情況下，已經檢測到ASIC3電流。最後，ASIC3缺陷型小鼠顯示對由熱或酸產生的高強度疼痛的敏感性改變。在大鼠中，ASIC3幾乎全部表達在DRG神經元中，在人類中，其表達更廣泛地表明在人類傷害感受中更廣泛的作用。
