Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-UNLB

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1070-01) and Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 6158-30).

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA and human IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1070-01) followed by Swine Anti-Goat IgG(H+L), Human/Rat/Mouse SP ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6300-05).
