產品敍述: RunBlue天然蛋白預製凝膠利用Expedeon的新方法和創新來製造凝膠，以提高分離蛋白條帶的分辨率和重複性。 它們允許分子量範圍內的分離，整個凝膠中恆定的pH值可防止凝膠運行時蛋白質遷移率的變化。 RunBlue蛋白凝膠的專有聚合過程可以使批次間凝膠更均勻，變異性降低，結果可重複性提高 。除了蛋白質的高分辨率分離以外，所有RunBlue蛋白凝膠都有許多增強功能來改善和簡化可用性。RunBlue蛋白凝膠比傳統手工凝膠強10倍，可以承受重複處理。 這實際上消除了在正常凝膠操作過程中遇到的撕裂和無法使用的凝膠的風險。 比標準凝膠更多的wells允許更多的蛋白質運行, 並且更寬允許更高的容量loaded。Cassettes沒有comb或tape膠帶可以去除，也沒有多餘的凝膠需修剪。
