產品介紹：β-內醯胺酶（Beta-Lactamases, βLs）是水解酶( hydrolases )大家族，其包含超過850個鑑定的成員( identified members )，其在革蘭氏陽性( Gram-positive )和革蘭氏陰性菌(Gram-negative bacteria)中表達。β-內醯胺酶（Beta-Lactamases, βLs）可以根據其底物或抑制劑特異性進行分類。這些酶能夠水解稱為β-內醯胺酶（Beta-Lactamases, βLs）的四個原子環。含有β-內醯胺酶（Beta-Lactamases, βLs）（即青黴素，頭孢菌素，單鏈，碳青黴烯）的抗生素高度易於通過酶活性水解，其使其抗生素效力失活。由於出現β-內醯胺抗生素抗性的細菌菌株數量驚人，β-內醯胺酶（Beta-Lactamases, βLs）已經成為重要的臨床威脅。 BioVision的β-內醯胺酶活性測定試劑盒提供了一種簡單靈敏的測定法，可以檢測和定量這些水解酶的酶活性。該測定是基於產生與βL活性量成正比的有色產物（OD 490nm）的Nitrocefin（一種顯色性頭孢菌素）的水解。該測定法可以在各種生物樣品中檢測低至0.06mU的酶活性。
