ELISA Kit for Interleukin 33 (IL33)
白介素33（IL-33）是屬於IL-1超家族的細胞因子。 IL-33誘導輔助T細胞，肥大細胞，嗜酸性粒細胞和嗜鹼性粒細胞產生2型細胞因子。 這種細胞因子先前被命名為高內皮小靜脈（HEV）中的NF-HEV’核因子（NF），因為它們最初在這些專門的細胞中被鑑定。 IL-33通過與受體ST2（又名IL1RL1）和IL-1受體輔助蛋白（IL1RAP）相互作用介導其生物學作用，激活驅動2型細胞因子產生的NF-κB和MAP激酶信號通路中的細胞內分子（例如 IL-5和IL-13）。 據信IL-33在體內誘導2型細胞因子誘導IL-33給藥後粘膜器官中觀察到嚴重的病理變化。
