產品描述：組蛋白乙醯轉移酶（Histone acetyltransferases, HATs）已經被牽連在各種細胞功能如 gene transcription基因轉錄，differentiation分化和proliferation增殖中起關鍵作用。 BioVision的HAT活性呈色測定試劑盒提供了一種方便，非放射性的系統，可快速靈敏地檢測哺乳動物樣品中的HAT活性。 該試劑盒利用active Nuclear Extract 活性核提取物（NE）作為 positive control陽性對照，acetyl-CoA乙輔酶A作為輔因子。 通過活性HAT的肽底物的乙酰化釋放游離形式的CoA，其然後用作產生NADH的必需輔酶。 與可溶性tetrazolium dye四唑鎓染料反應時，可以通過分光光度法容易地檢測NADH。 檢測可以是連續性，適用於動力學研究。
