產品介紹:  5-溴-2-脫氧尿苷（BrdU）是嘧啶類似物。 將其併入新合成的增殖細胞DNA代替胸苷。 Biovision的BrdU細胞增殖測定試劑盒使用小鼠抗BrdU抗體檢測摻入的BrdU。 使用抗小鼠HRP連接的二抗檢測結合BrdU的抗BrdU抗體，然後加入B（HRP底物）。 顏色發展的程度與摻入細胞的BrdU的量成比例，可以直接用作細胞增殖的指標。 與其他細胞增殖測定相比，該試劑盒僅檢測增殖細胞而不是種子細胞。 這種高靈敏度，非放射性試劑盒檢測到少於50-100個增殖細胞。
