產品介紹 p53，一種53kDa蛋白質。結合至DNA保留序列，p53應答元件，激活基因轉錄或當基因組受損時引起G1的阻滯，調節細胞週期進展。在大多數轉化和腫瘤細胞中，p53的濃度比正常細胞中的濃度增加5-1000倍，主要是由於與野生型（20分鐘）相比增加的半衰期（4小時）。 p53定位於細胞核中，但在有絲分裂期間在質膜處可檢測，且某些突變也調節細胞質/核分佈。 p53下調Bcl-2表達並上調Bax表達。
