透析膜長度
全長=[(樣品容量)/(體積/長度比)]+(額外的10-20%)+4 cm →計算您要使用多長的透析膜例如:透析膜平寬(FW)為16 mm,體積/長度比為0.79 ml/cm。欲透析5 ml樣品,則至少需約6.5 cm透析膜。但還需要額外的10-20%的長度(至少1 cm)使透析管填充空氣維持浮力。最後還需要頭尾各2 cm給透析夾使用。整個透析膜長至少需要11.5 cm長。
