產品介紹
PMSF 可用於從組織和細胞裂解物中製備蛋白質萃取物。苯甲磺酰氟 (Phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride, PMSF; CAS 329-98-6) 是一種不可逆絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑( irreversible serine protease inhibitor)，廣泛應用於生物醫學研究。它共價修飾目標酶活性位點內的絲胺酸殘基，有效抑制其催化功能。 PMSF 可以抑制絲胺酸蛋白酶(serine proteases)，例如糜蛋白酶(chymotrypsin)、胰蛋白酶(trypsin)和凝血酶(thrombin)。它不抑制金屬蛋白酶(metalloproteases)、大多數半胱氨酸蛋白酶(cysteine proteases)或天門冬胺酸蛋白酶(aspartic proteases)。 PMSF 可用於在蛋白質印跡法 (Western blotting) 前製備組織和細胞的蛋白質萃取物。
