產品描述：抗壞血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA)，也稱為維生素 C(vitamin C)，是一種輔酶(coenzyme)、自由基清除劑(free radical scavenger)、電子群(electron community)/受體(acceptor) 以及草酸鹽( oxalate )和酒石酸鹽( tartrate biosynthesis)生物合成的底物。抗壞血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA)作為植物細胞中最重要的抗氧化劑，在保護葉綠體(chloroplasts)免受氧化損傷方面發揮重要作用，是衡量農作物產品品質的重要指標之一。 CheKine™微量抗壞血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA)檢測試劑盒提供了一個簡單的測試來檢測生物樣本（如動植物組織、細胞、血清和其他液體）中的 AsA 含量。抗壞血酸氧化酶(Ascorbate oxidase, AAO)催化抗壞血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA)氧化為DHA，透過測量抗壞血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA)的氧化速率可以計算出抗壞血酸 (Ascorbic acid, AsA)含量。
