帕妥珠單抗（也稱為2C4，商品名Perjeta）是一種單克隆抗體(monoclonal antibody)，與曲妥珠單抗(trastuzumab )和多西他賽(docetaxel )聯合使用，用於治療轉移性HER2陽性乳腺癌(metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer)；它還與早期 HER2 陽性乳腺癌( early HER2-positive breast cancer)的新輔助藥物組合使用。帕妥珠單抗的表位是 HER2 的結構域，它與 HER3 結合，帕妥珠單抗可防止 HER2/HER3 二聚體(dimer )的形成，從而阻斷二聚體(dimer )的信號傳導，從而阻止 HER2 發揮作用。抗帕妥珠單抗抗體 (11H4)單克隆抗體，小鼠是從用帕妥珠單抗(Pertuzumab)免疫的小鼠獲得的伴侶(partner) 和 B 淋巴細胞(B-lymphocytes)融合產生的雜交瘤中產生的。
