注意事項:
程序 樣品可在採集後立即進行分析,或分裝在 4°C 或 –20°C 下保存 7 天。為了長期保存,每 1 mL 樣品添加 20 µL 6N HCl ,並保存在 -80°C 下。測定前,用 20 µL 6N NaOH 中和樣品。通過乘以 n = 1.04 來校正稀釋因子。避免反覆凍融循環。如果存在顆粒,則離心樣品並使用澄清的上清液進行測定。將所有組件平衡至室溫。實驗過程中,將解凍的酶保存在冰箱或冰上。

More Details
- Oxalate or Oxalic Acid is a metabolic breakdown product of the Kreb’s Cycle in eukaryotes, and the glyoxylate cycle in other microorganisms. It can be found in the urine of humans and other mammals. Oxalate concentration can be used as a measure of kidney function where a high level of oxalate is an indicator for kidney stones which are primarily made of the insoluble salt calcium oxalate. Measuring oxalate is more accurate than measuring calcium as a marker for kidney stones because calcium is excreted at high concentrations even in normal urine. Simple and high-throughput assays for measuring oxalate concentration find wide applications. BioAssay Systems’ oxalate assay kit uses a single Working Reagent that combines the oxalate oxidase reaction and color reaction in one step. The change in color intensity of the reaction product at 595 nm is directly proportional to oxalate in the sample.
